Xanax Pills Found in Winnipeg Child’s Halloween Candy Bag

Winnipeg, Manitoba – Earlier today, the Winnipeg Police Service was notified that a mother in North Kildonan had found several Xanax pills in their child’s Halloween candy bag.

Officers met with the woman who advised her children had been trick-or-treating in the area of Knowles Avenue, Bonner Avenue and Rothesay Street. Upon looking in a child’s candy bag last night, she noticed a small zipped bag containing the pills.
