One Arrested, Three Wanted in Sickening Larson Dairy Farm Abuse Case
OKEECHOBEE, Fla. — An arrest has been made in an animal cruelty investigation at an Okeechobee dairy farm.
On Nov. 9, Animal Recovery Mission gave video to the Okeechobee Sheriff's Office that they took while undercover at Larson Dairy Barn.
The video shows employees brutally beating, torturing and mistreating the cows.
Two of the employees in the video were fired. Two were suspended. One of the suspended employees quit after suspension.
Helias Cruz, 50, was arrested on one count of kicking an animal.
Warrants have been issued for Omar Jimenes Mendosa, Omar Guadalupe Mendosa and Roberto Relles.
Officials don't know where those men are.
