Mike Epps' Ex-Wife Believes She's 'Too Old' for a Job, Demands Six-Figure Spousal Support
Mechelle Epps, the estranged wife of comedian Mike Epps, is demanding that her ex-husband provides her with $109,000 per month in spousal support.
According to TMZ, the monthly stipend is for “clothes and shoes” for the former couple’s 10 and 12-year-old daughters, as well as for food, vacations and getting their daughters’ hair braided at an “expensive salon.”
Mechelle’s mother nannies for $3,500 a month, and she also needs an additional $600 to cover her mother’s Mercedes. Not to mention, Mechelle is also asking for $72,000 for their children’s private school education, as well as sole possession of the house.
Mechelle also says in court documents that Mike did not allow her to have a job while they were married, and now that she is 36 years old, she believes she is “too old” for a job.
