WWE Wrestler Kane Set to Run for Mayor in Tennessee

WWE legend Kane is set to swap the wrestling ring to run for mayor in Knox County, Tennessee.

‘The Devil’s Favourite Demon’ has identified himself as a candidate for the Republican Party and plans to enter the election next year.

Kane, real name Glenn Jacobs, is a two-time world champion but has not been seen on either Raw or SmackDown Live for a number of months.

Portrayed as the Undertaker’s brother, it is still unclear whether he will be making an appearance at WrestleMania 33 on April 2.

However, even if he is not at the extravaganza, it appears he will still have plenty to keep him busy.

American news outlet WCYB reported that Kane, who runs Jacobs Insurance Associates in the town, has moved another step closer to running for Knox County mayor.
