Floyd Mayweather's Strip Club in Las Vegas Set for 'Soft Opening'
Floyd Mayweather isn't busy worrying about a Conor McGregor fight. He's got another business venture on his mind.
Girl Collection, a strip club owned by Mayweather in Las Vegas, is set for a soft opening Thursday night, according to the former boxer's Instagram account.
Mayweather announced plans last summer that he would be opening an adult establishment. It's just west of the Las Vegas trip, and the 6,000-square foot building was once listed for sale at $2.9 million.
"It's gone very smoothly," Shane Emrick, Mayweather's attorney, told the Las Vegas Sun in December. "Floyd lives in Las Vegas. He's part of the community and he has abided by every procedure and application process and submitted everything timely and successfully."
Mayweather, 40, hasn't been in a boxing ring since September 2015. There's been talks of a fight with McGregor, the MMA star, but nothing has been finalized.
Mayweather has said he'd only come out of retirement to face McGregor.
