Body Found in Speed River in Guelph

Guelph Police are investigating after a body was discovered in the Speed River on Wednesday.

Officers were called to the Arthur and Wellington Street area around 9:20 p.m., after a passerby spotted a body floating in the River.

Police have confirmed the body is that of a male, but he has not been identified at this time – and therefore next of kin has not been notified.
