Female Victim Seriously Injured After SECOND Acid Attack in Toronto

A female victim is in hospital being treated for serious injuries after acid was thrown at two people in the Landsdowne and Dupont area Sunday afternoon.

Fire crews were called to the scene at about 3:30 p.m., with a spokesperson telling media partner CTV News that two people were injured in an acid attack. 

Police are investigating but say that they cannot comment on the situation.

There's no word on what led to the incident or on any suspects.
